Any goods damaged in transit or any shortages must be notified immediately and confirmed in writing within 7 days from receipt of delivery. No claims can be considered after this period.

Any goods returned which have been correctly supplied must be in good order and in the original package. Regretfully a 20% handling charge will be levied.
 
Law and Jurisdiction

The law of England and Wales shall apply and the English or Welsh Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any claim or dispute in any way arising from the sale of Goods or the supply of services under these terms by the Company to any customer in any part of the world.
